HELP and ADVICE! Laser Resurfacing, Red Scab After Being Removed

I have had laser resurfacing for acne scars, there was a scab and now it's gone, this is what it looks like now even since August 2010, nothing has helped it (Creames etc.) What can I do?????????? Please help and give me advice, thanks.
